What's the best way to care for my belt?
At Beltology we use only premium natural and synthetic fibers in our weaves and they can withstand a heck of a lot of abuse, however there are some do's and don'ts we recommend:

1. if you get your belt wet let it air dry as soon as possible, as wearing it wet will tend to stretch the fibers (the way it would a sweater or pants).

2. it takes time for natural fibers like leather or cotton to form to your waist, this breaking in period is usually a few days based on how often you wear the belt.

3. over the years your belt will likely feel looser than it did when you first got it or in comparison to a new one, don't worry! This is a good thing, as it means your belt and you have become one, like a broken in pair of leather shoes, or a baseball mitt your belt is now perfectly formed to the curve of those hips.

In a nutshell, better style and more functionality. We think belts have been the forgotten accessory for too long, so we design our styles to be expressive and memorable. Additionally all of our belts are made with an innovative stretch weave for a constantly adapting but always perfect fit.

Do you offer a military discount?
We proudly offer a discount for active-duty and veteran members of our United States Armed Forces, as well as their families. Please email customerservice@beltology.com for your exclusive code.
When will my order ship?
It’ll be ready to go in 1 - 2 business days. Shopping on the weekend? We’ll have your order ready the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship USPS First Class and USPS Priority and should get to your shipping address within 3 - 5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on it.
I need to modify or cancel my order. What do I do?
Our orders process in minutes, so we can’t modify an order after it’s been placed.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Not yet, but we’re working on taking our belts around the world. Sign up for our newsletter to get an update as soon as we start shipping to new destinations.
I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?
Check the tracking info in your shipping confirmation. If that doesn’t help or you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after a couple of business days, email customerservice@beltology.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

What's your return policy?
We stand by our products and want you to be totally satisfied with anything you receive from Beltology, so you’ve got 100 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it. To get a return or exchange started, visit our Returns Center or click Returns and Exchanges in the footer of this page. Please note that outlet and sale items are final sale and may not be returned unless otherwise stated. Additionally all full price returned products must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you refund to site credit, your return is 100% free. If you opt to refund to your payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return a gift I received?
You can return the gift for store credit that you can use to find a style that works better. Email customerservice@beltology.com and we’ll set you up with a return label and a gift card so you can get to shopping.
When will I receive my refund / exchange?
Once your returned item(s) make it back to our shipping center, we’ll process a refund or your exchange order within 3 business days. Note: It might take 2 - 5 additional business days for a credit card refund to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
I received a damaged / incorrect item. What happens now?
We’re so sorry about that. Email customerservice@beltology.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll get you squared away ASAP.
