How do I know my size?

Our belts are designed to match your regular pants waist size, making your choice a lot easier. If you’re a size 32 waist, then our 32 waist belt will fit you perfectly. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going one size up. View Sizing Guide

What makes your belts different?

At Beltology, we believe belts should stretch. Our belts are different from your traditional leather straps. They have no holes, as the prong passes smoothly through any point of the webbing, allowing for a comfortable & adjustable fit. We use premium flex webbing, top quality buckles, and 100% genuine leather trims.

What happens if you are out of stock?

Orders and Shipping

When will my order ship?

All of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next working business day.

How long will it take to get my belt(s)?

All orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and should be at your door within 3-7 business days after they’ve shipped. We offer free continental US shipping with the purchase of 2 or more belts, shipping for 1 belt is $5. Shipping to HI/AK/PR is a flat rate of $10.

Can I get my order expedited?

We offer two forms of expedited shipping: UPS Standard Overnight is $26.99 and UPS 2-day shipping is $16.99. Please note our warehouse is located in New York. Please place your orders accordingly as USPS Priority/UPS Ground may arrive in the same time frame as UPS Overnight/2-day. Orders placed after 2PM ET will not make the cutoff and will ship the next business day.

What if I need to change or edit my order?

We can only edit an order up to an hour after it has been placed. You must send an email to intheloop@beltology.com asking to cancel or update your order. Once we receive this request, we will delete the order and refund your card. At that point in time, you must place a new order with the updated information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. Please join our mailing list for updates regarding international shipping!

Where’s my belt(s)?

We send a tracking # with every shipping confirmation email. If you are having trouble locating your package, please reach out to intheloop@beltology.com to discuss next steps.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Similar to our belts, our return & exchange policy is flexible. Just return your order within 100 days of purchase and we will take care of the rest.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is not damaged and is in new condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item or send out your new order if you have made an exchange.  A $6 restocking fee will be deducted for all refunds processed.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of greater or lesser value, we kindly ask that you send your original order back to us for a full refund, and place a new order for the correct item at your convenience.

How do I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned for store credit. Please follow the normal refund instructions and store credit will be sent to you in the form of a code/gift card.

When can I expect my refund or replacement?

Please note returns/exchanges can take up to 3 business days once returned to our warehouse. Once the return is processed credit cards normally take 2-5 business days to be placed back on your card. Once an exchange is received, it can take an additional 2 business days to process the replacement order.

What if my items are defective or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to intheloop@beltology.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrect product, along with your order number. We are happy to assist in getting you the right belt(s).
