How do I know my size?

Our belts are designed to match your regular pants waist size, making your choice a lot easier. If you’re a size 32 waist, then our 32 belt will fit you perfectly.

All belts are 1.25 inches wide and 0.2 inches thick, unless otherwise indicated.

A unique aspect to our belts is their ability to allow for an easy and adjustable fit. Our straps stretch 2-3 inches of their original length and our prong eases through the webbing at any point.

How long will it take to get my belt(s)?

All orders ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground and should be at your door within 3-7 business days after they’ve shipped.

We offer free continental US shipping with the purchase of 2 or more belts, shipping for 1 belt is $5.

Shipping to HI/AK/PR is a flat rate of $10.

We also offer 2-day shipping via FedEx for a flat rate of $16.99. This should be received within 2 business days of purchase.

Please note that any orders placed after 2PM ET will be processed on the following business day.

Any orders placed on the weekends will ship on the next working business day.

Please note our warehouse is located in Pennsylvania. Please place your orders accordingly as USPS Priority/FedEx Ground may arrive in the same time frame as FedEx 2day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with all original packaging. (Box/lid, belt, pouch, hang tag, and thank you card)

To perform a return, ship the item(s) to:

The shipping cost of the item(s) being returned is at your expense. Please use a shipping method that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and your original order number and packing list.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, with the hang tag and label in place, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item.

Please note returns can take up to 3 business days once returned to our warehouse. Once the return is processed credit cards normally take 2-5 business days to be placed back on your card.

What is your exchange policy? 

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition with all original packaging. (Box/lid, belt, pouch, hang tag, and thank you card)

Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and your original order number. Please also indicate the style(s) and size(s) you wish to exchange your item(s) for.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, with the hang tag and label in place, we will place the order and ship out your new items.

Please note returns can take up to 3 business days to process once returned to our warehouse. Once the return is processed it can take an additional 2 business days to process the replacement order.

If you are exchanging a belt for a higher priced item, we will send you an invoice for the balance. If you are exchanging a belt for a lower priced item, we will refund you the balance via your original payment.

I have accidentally ordered the wrong belt/size. How do I switch it for the correct belt?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit an order after it has been placed. You must send an email to intheloop@beltology.com asking to cancel your order. Once we receive this request, we will delete the order and refund your card. At that point in time, you must place a new order for the correct belt.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Our factories and partners are constantly working hard to produce our high quality belts. Join our mailing list in order to receive updates on backorders and our newest styles.

 

I have placed my order, but noticed I have purchase the incorrect style or size. How do I fix this?

The best and easiest way to update an order is to send your request via email to intheloop@beltology.com If the order has not been transmitted to our warehouse, we can cancel the order and refund your card. At that point, you will need to place the new order with the correct style and size.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. Please join our mailing list for updates regarding international shipping.
