Easy! As long as your item was purchased within 100 days, all you need to do is get your order number ready and the zip code you shipped the belt to and then click HERE.
Please note some items are Final Sale, such as sale items. These will not be returnable, however we are more than happy to work things out, so if you'd like to return or exchange a final sale item, please email: customerservice@beltology.com
