When will my order ship?
It’ll be ready to go in 1 - 2 business days. Shopping on the weekend? We’ll have your order ready the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority and should get to your shipping address within 3 - 7 business days of departing our shipping center in New York. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on it.
I need my order fast. Can I expedite shipping?
When you need a belt, you need a belt. We offer two expedited shipping options at checkout: UPS Standard Overnight and UPS 2-Day (prices calculated at checkout).
Note: UPS orders are picked up at our shipping center at 12:00pm EST, so any orders placed after that won’t begin their journey until the next business day.
I need to modify or cancel my order. What do I do?
Our orders process in minutes, so we can’t modify an order after it’s been placed. If you decide to cancel or change your order within one hour of placing it email us at email@example.com
and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Not yet, but we’re working on taking our belts around the world. Sign up for our newsletter to get an update as soon as we start shipping to new destinations.
I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?
Check the tracking info in your shipping confirmation. If that doesn’t help or you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after a couple of business days, email firstname.lastname@example.org
and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
